The Portland Rose Festival's Starry Nights Small Business Event was created to support the small businesses of downtown Portland and includes the central eastside district. The Rose Festival loves Portland, and loves the small businesses that keep our city the vibrant, diverse place we all love to shop, play, and live. Over the weekend of the CareOregon Starlight Parade, May 31 - June 2, 2024 stop into participating businesses using the Win Big Shop Small app you will be entered into an amazing prize pool by just saying hi (and making purchases increases your odds of winning)!
