We provide re-packaging of Silk City Fiber's 100% Bamboo yarn which normally is purchased in full cones (varying from 15 to 25 ounces). We provide re-winding by the ounce to the amount you require. If you would like us to wind double strands onto your custom cone (as opposed to single strands), please type a note in the comments section of your order.
We also provide "Double Bambu" in balls. We double the strands of each color, wind the doubled strands onto a hollow core and place the ball into an organza bag. This ensures that you have a size to work with that is comfortable for hand knitting, and we have taken the steps needed to help you keep the yarn from tangling.
"Double Bambu" also has advantages for weavers as it can save warping time.
Packaging the Bambu in this way allows you to purchase only the amounts needed for your project and saves you time and money!
