Each "Double Bambu" ball is made up of 2 strands of Sillk City Fiber Bambu 7 Variegated, 100% Bamboo fiber. We re-wind this into 2.8 oz balls of approx 163 yards each. Each ball is wound over a central core and enclosed in a drawstring organza bag to help keep away the tangles.
Knitting gauge is approximately 30 stitches and 34 rows = 4" (10cm) using US size 3 (3.25 mm) needles in Stockinette Stitch. Ready for knitting any of our related patterns.
A single strand of this yarn is similar to 5/2 cotton. Our doubled strands can speed the warping process.
