We ship from the State of Oregon, which does not charge Sales Tax. You may be responsible for submitting your own Sales and Use tax on our products if you live in a State which requires this. Please keep a copy of your invoice to help you. Our invoices indicate that we have not collected sales or use taxes.
For those customers in the Portland, OR area, we now offer "In Store Pickup". We will contact you via email to make arrangements as the office is not open every day.
For those customers who live in the contiguous 48 states, we also offer FREE SHIPPING. We generally use USPS 2-5 day shipping as our delivery service. If you want expedited shipping, you may still select one of the other fee options.
We currently ship via US Postal Service from our online store. Shipping costs are calculated based on expected weight of the items to ship. If you are from outside the United States, USPS Express, Priority and First class options are available.
PDF downloads are available worldwide with no shipping charges.
Loss or Damage in Delivery
We guarantee delivery to you. If your delivery arrives in poor condition or if it does not arrive at all, please contact us and we will take care of it. We just ask that you let us know within 30 days and save the damaged goods and packaging material.
