Multi-Shaft Weaving on a Table Loom Lessons
- Secure payments
Class Description
The last step in many weaving journeys ends with a multi-shaft loom that can create many different weave structures and fabrics. The possibilities are endless. These weaving lessons require you to have a portable loom or rent one of ours at Fiber Rhythm. You will need to transport the loom home and back, so you can finish your homework.
The sessions will teach:
- Day 1 - Learn how to calculate and create a warp chain and dress your loom (finish at home.)
- Day 2 - Basic weaving and weave structures (finish at home)
- Day 3 - Cutting off your project and finishing
This is a 3 lesson, 2-hours each, private, one-on-one, in-person class at Fiber Rhythm with homework in between lessons. When you book these lessons, you will be asked to select all three dates and times. We suggest that you book them about 1 week apart, if possible.
Please note: You select your booking times from a pop-up window. If you are not allowing pop-ups on your browser, please give us a call and we can assist you.
Your confirmation will include calendar invites. When you put these events on your calendar, they will have links in them that you can use to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations will be refunded if completed at least one week prior to your scheduled date.
Please contact us if you need a date or time that is not offered in the date picker, as Susan may be able to accommodate your request.
If you need to add a loom rental for your class, we do offer 2-week Katie Loom rentals which work great for this class, as long as classes are scheduled within the 2-week time period.
