Multi-Shaft Weaving on a Table Loom Lessons

One more step in many weaving journeys is the use of a multi-shaft loom that can create many different weave structures and fabrics. The possibilities are endless. Looms are not included in this price, so you will need to either have a portable multi-shaft loom of your own or rent one of ours. Looms need to be portable so that you can work on your project at Fiber Rhythm during class and also at home in between sessions.

The sessions will teach:

• Day 1 - Learn how to calculate and create a warp chain and dress your loom (finish at home.)
• Day 2 - Basic weaving and weave structures (finish at home)
• Day 3 - Cutting off your project and finishing

This class is taught in 3 lessons of 2-hours each. It can be taught as a private one-on-one lesson, or you can sign up your friends at the same time and create a private group class for a discounted price. 

How to schedule multiple sessions:

1. First, select the total number of students who will attend, including yourself.  This will show you the total price for all students for one 2-hour session
2. Select a date and time from the calendar and time selectors. Your appointment date and time will show up under the time selector.
3. Select the plus sign next to the "Make another" option to schedule your 2nd session at a different date and time. 
4. Use the "Make another" option to schedule your 3rd session at a different date and time.
5. Once you can see three appointments listed, select "Book Now" to check out. Each appointment will show as a separate line item in your cart.

All students are expected to attend all the same 3 time slots.|

Your booking confirmation will include a calendar invite. The email also includes links if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations will be refunded if completed at least one week prior to your first scheduled date. Rescheduling or cancelling applies to the entire group for these private lessons.

If you need to add a loom rental for your class, we do offer multiple looms for Take-Home rentals: the Ashford Katie, the Ashford Folding Table loom, and the Ashford Brooklyn looms. All of these work great for this class, as long as classes are scheduled within the 2-week time period.
