Intro to Cable Knitting - Fingerless Cabled Mitts

Lesson: one 2 ½ hour session. This class is taught as a private one-on-one lesson, or you can sign up your friends at the same time and create a private group class for a discounted price. Class limited to 5 students.
Have you always wanted to be able to knit those fabulous cabled patterns? Learn the basics of knitting cables in this introductory class. Using a fingerless mitt as the basis for the class, you will learn how to work the cables and to read cable charts. A free pattern for the mitt is included. Class time is spent on casting on, reading a cable chart and knitting as many rows of cable as time permits. You will finish the mitt in your own time at home. Makes a beautiful and useful gift.
Prerequisite techniques: Cast on, knit, purl, knit in the round on double pointed needles.
Select the number of students first, and then book your class time.
Your confirmation will include a calendar invite. When you put the event on your calendar, it will have links in them that you can use to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations will be refunded if completed at least one week prior to your scheduled date. Rescheduling or cancelling applies to the entire group for these private lessons.
