
Beginning Inkle Loom Weaving - Blocks

Course: One 4 hour session. This class is taught as a private one-on-one lesson, or you can sign up your friends at the same time and create a private group class for a discounted price. Class limited to 6 students
Have you ever wanted to make belts, straps, keychains, shoelaces, or leashes? Inkle loom weaving is what you need for all that and more! Students will learn how to warp and weave on an inkle loom. At the end of this 4-hour class the student will have woven a 3-color band. Inkle looms will be provided for use during class time only. This class will show you how to weave a strap with color blocks.
Skill Level: Beginner, no weaving knowledge required.
Please Bring: Something for taking notes as needed.
Provided by teacher: Yarns, basic instructions
Materials cost: $5 (payable to the teacher by cash, check, or Venmo). This is in addition to class cost.
Note: If you want to bring your own loom to class, please let us know in advance. You will need to bring your loom, at least 24 heddles, and one shuttle.

Your confirmation will include a calendar invite. When you put the event on your calendar, it will have links in them that you can use to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations will be refunded if completed at least one week prior to your scheduled date. Rescheduling or cancelling applies to the entire group for these private lessons.
