Knitting Basics Group Class

NEXT CLASS: Thursday, June 25, at 6:00 pm.

Learn how to knit in this complete beginner's class! During class, you will receive instruction on casting on, knit stitch, purl stitch, and a basic cast-off in a small swatch. At the end of class, we will go over how those techniques are translated into basic patterns so you can leave confident to start your first projects!

Prerequisite techniques: None. Just bring a good attitude!

Materials Needed: 

• Size 4/worsted yarn of choice (Galway worsted is recommended)
• Size US 8 (5mm) knitting needles (straight or circular)
